Yves Hughes is Rewired's technical lead and the person who sets up your machine. Fifteen years in product management, a master's in data science, and a habit of winning hackathons at Meta, Snowflake, PyTorch, and Qualcomm. If it can be made to run, he makes it run.

Do I need to be technical?
If you use email and a browser, you're qualified. Your setup session handles the technical steps, and everything after that is built with you, live.
What is a Rewired plugin?
A Rewired plugin is an AI tool created to handle one specific job inside your workflow. It can prepare meetings, draft email, run research, build proposals, or support repeatable work across the business. Yves installs the Rewired library and connects it to your accounts during setup. Then we create your custom plugins with you around the work you want handled.
Can I build systems for my team or business?
Yes. Your seat can focus on your own workflow, systems the business uses, or both. Bring the repetitive work that costs the team time. We help you turn it into a working system, and the Rewired plugin library gives you tools to start from.
Can I bring a team?
Yes. For one to four people, enroll each seat in Cohort 3. For five or more, we can run Rewired privately for your company or department, with custom plugins and a scope built around your shared workflows.
What if I can't make every Tuesday?
Sessions are recorded for members who cannot attend live. Live participation is encouraged when possible.
How much time does this take?
Plan for the Tuesday session plus time for a short weekly build based on a workflow you want to improve.
Do I need a Mac, or special hardware?
Your setup session will confirm exactly what you need. Almost everyone already has the right hardware.
What if my company restricts AI tools?
Everything we build runs on your own accounts and your own work. Many members start with themselves and become the person who brings it to their organization later.
What does lifetime membership actually include?
Live sessions of every future cohort, every recording, every tool we build and ship to members, the portal, the community, and first access to in-person member days. New setup sessions and weekly check-ins are reserved for first-time participants. Membership continues for as long as Shama runs Rewired.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Graduates receive a Rewired Certificate of Completion with a unique credential ID for LinkedIn.
I was in Cohort 1 or 2. Do I need to enroll again?
No. You're a member. You'll get the Cohort 3 schedule and can join any session.
