Shama Hyder
Shama Hyder leads every session. She built and led Zen Media for 17 years before selling the company, advises leaders at Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, and JPMorgan Chase, and has delivered keynotes for EMAAR and SEMA. She was named to the 2026 TIME100 Creators. Shama is the author of The Applied AI Business Playbook, Momentum, and The Zen of Social Media Marketing, and she is a Professor at Link School of Business.
Yves Hughes
Yves Hughes is Rewired's technical lead and the person who sets up your machine. Fifteen years in product management, a master's in data science, and a habit of winning hackathons at Meta, Snowflake, PyTorch, and Qualcomm. If it can be made to run, he makes it run.

I already use AI. Will this be too basic?
Rewired is for people ready to move beyond individual prompts into repeatable systems. If you already use AI for drafting, research, or summarizing, bring a larger workflow: proposals, reporting, relationship follow-up, a custom tool, or a process your team repeats.
What will I actually build?
Your builds depend on your work and priorities. Members can build proposal workflows, decision briefs, reporting systems, relationship follow-up, custom tools, content systems, or connected meeting preparation. We do not assign everyone the same three projects.
What counts as a working system?
A repeatable workflow that performs a defined job using your instructions and relevant context—and has been tested on real examples. It is more than a saved prompt or classroom demonstration.
Do you build it for me or teach me?
Both. We handle the initial setup and build alongside you. You participate in testing and improving each system so you can operate it and build what you need next.
What if I don’t know what I want to build?
Start with the work you repeat, postpone, resent, or struggle to delegate. Your enrollment response and private setup help us identify the best place to begin.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a browser, you can participate. Your setup session handles the initial technical steps, and the builds are guided.
What if I can’t attend every Tuesday?
Sessions are recorded. Live participation is encouraged because it allows us to build and troubleshoot with you in the room.
How much time will this take?
Plan for the live Tuesday session and one focused implementation block each week. Weekly individual check-ins keep you from spending hours troubleshooting alone.
Who can I bring as my plus-one?
Bring an assistant, chief of staff, colleague, business partner, family member, or someone else you want to build with. They can attend the sessions and access the portal and community with you.
What if my company restricts AI tools?
Everything must be built within the tools, accounts, and information you are authorized to use. Rewired does not override your company’s security or data policies.
What happens if I don’t have three working systems at the end?
Show up and complete the weekly builds. If fewer than three systems are running at the end of six weeks, we will schedule a private implementation session within 30 days and continue helping at no additional charge until the third system runs.
What does membership for life include?
You can attend future cohort sessions and access member recordings, the portal, community, and new tools released to members for as long as Rewired exists. Private setup and weekly individual check-ins are for first-time participants.
I was in Cohort 1 or 2. Do I need to enroll again?
No. You are already a Rewired member and can join Cohort 3.
